I was wondering whether Duke looks at the best invididual subscores from each sitting. I called Duke to ask them and they said no but I have seen people on here say yes so I'm a little confused

I.E. I got 33 E/32 M/34 R/33 S/33 C on one sitting and
33 E/29 M/35 R/35 S/33 C on another sitting. Would they see it as 33 E/32 M/35 R/35 S/33 C?

if the Duke admissions office said no, listen to them. I wouldn't trust what other people are saying if it contradicts what the admissions people say....

Well actually I asked if they superscore so that might be different than taking the individual subscores.

All I know is that when I applied they told me that they took my best sections and put them together for the best composite. Example

1st Time:
26 R, 28 E, 35 M, 35 S, 31 C

2nd Time:
31 R, 31 E, 31 M, 29 S, 31 C

What I think Duke considered:
31 R, 31 E, 35 M, 35 S, 33 C

Last year 32% of Trinity applicants and 44% of Pratt applicants with a 33/34 got in.
52% of Trinity applicants and 70% of Pratt applicants with a 35/36 got in.

For 31/32 it was 17% Trinity and and 24% Pratt.

52% of 35/36? Wow. As a 35 ED applicant that makes me feel good. Obviously, there is much more to it.

The ACT confuses me...

omg.. ED 35 ACT here, I feel so much better

i hate standardized tests....

That's why I only took the SAT I, once and the subject tests only one time as well
