Act Rescheduled

My december act ( which was initially scheduled to be on December 9) had been postponed. Its been almost 3 weeks and it still hasn’t been rescheduled. Most colleges that I’m applying to accept the December scores for the act but do not exactly state whether they’ll accept scores If I report them in sometime like late January. Some such as Columbia do state that theu accept scores till February but others like Cornell require test scores shortly after the deadline but do accept the December testinf date. What shoudl I do to ensure that the colleges I’m applying to accept my act score.(I’ve already given the Sat and I’m applying to colleges such as dartmouth, brown, duke ,columbia etc)
