I received my ACT scores back earlier this week and I was kinda disappointed, I got a 23 with no prep. I would like to get a 28-30 when I take it again next October. Is it possible by studying hard over the summer, like a practice test a week. Could you recommend any prep materials please.

Thanks.

I have 22 for the Act and I am planing to take it again in September. I got the Barron regular book (
which is very good) and I got the red book. Hopefully, i get 36 in September. And u prolly gonna score better than that if you were dedicated in you work.

here is my schedule
Week 1
take English and math practice every day and review your stuff.
Week2
Take Reading and science every day and review the materal
week 3
take the same test you took in week1 and see how you did
Even if remember the answer know why it is correct.
Week four
Take reading and science every day and review the materals

Week 5
Take full practice every other day and review the stuff
…etc

No way you will go from a 22 to a 36. But op ur goal is possible

Does my plan seem excessive or is it okay. Is 4 practice tests a month resonable

ur plan seem to be good, but just keep in mind the more you practice the better

sraval100

I know it is impossible but that’s a dream. Anyway i hope to get 29 or more
