Act score advice needed

First off, i'm applying to nyu stern (yeah, I know so many people are). I took the act's twice and got a 31 both times but here's the breakdown
31 eng
33 math
30 reading
29 science

the second time:
34 english
33 math
33 reading
24 SCIENCE

Should I send both scores and say in the explanation part that i sent both because I know i'm capable of scoring higher in the science section. If I can't send both, which one looks better to send? the 24 is killling me

is a 31 even a competitive score at nyu stern?

bump . . . I have the same question, only, one of my composites is a point higher and my reading was the one that went down (34 to 32)

Some schools do what has been called "superscoring" - there they take the best of all of your scores. Yours would (I think) come out to a 32. I don't know if that helps you or not...
