Scores were released Tuesday and I haven’t gotten mine yet but people in my area have. I realize not everyone gets scores the first day/week but I want to know if the problem is me. I read online that scores may be delayed/cancelled if they see huge differences in section scores. I had a panic attack during the math section and was too angry to do the rest of the test so I bubbled in random answers for everything except the English section I already did. I did the essay since I didn’t want to do it again and it was on my favorite topic so I probably couldn’t write better if I tried again anyway. Now, could this be the reason I haven’t received scores yet? If so, does that mean I’m going to get a call from ACT to be asked to defend myself to prove I didn’t cheat? I don’t want to cancel my scores because there’s always superscores and a huge improvement would look nice on the last test I’m taking in December.
Don’t listen to what you read. Scores come at different times, different test centers, different forms, etc.
They promis to have your scores within 8 weeks. I know everyone wants their scores first, but you can’t do anything about it but wait.
Don’t cancel your scores. Why waste your money and your Saturday for nothing. You never know what it could do for your superscore.
Different test centers get their results on different days. it may even delay it by three weeks. Don’t cancel the scores because you are able to select the scores you send to colleges, and you may eventually use this score if its your best.
