i got a 34 composite on the act (35 english, 34 math, 29 reading, 36 science). however, i only got a 6 on my essay (but my combined english/writing was 30). i am just wondering if colleges actually recieve the subscore of 6 and if so whether or not that will deter them from admitting me or giving me a scholarship, or if they will only care about my composite score. i have a particular interest in mit and princeton. anyone with experience or information i would really appreciate it if you could help me. thanks!

ps my high school gpa is 4.2 weighted and 3.9 unwieghted and will graduate in the top ten of a class of 600-700
