in regards to the m+n=mn question
while i dont know if the act trawls cc for this kinda of stuff because, well, technically it IS not allowed im sure SOMEONE will notice that between the “distinct” wording and how everybody picked either 1 or 0 based on their interpretation of that the question will either be thrown out, in which a wrong answer doesnt hurt you but a right answer does, or they will just change the curve for a 36 to be one down. Unless like, the right answer was 0 and all of the people that guessed 1 were the 5 or so on CC…
thats just my opinion.

when they see the results for math, watch like the number of people who put 0 or 1 be almost equal. Lol

Did everyone get D and J for the first 6 questions?

also, does anyone remember if there was a problem asking for the surface area of a cylinder? because if so, I might’ve gotten it wrong o_O

Uhh…I don’t remember a surface area of a cylinder question. Maybe volume, though

it was volume, they gave you the formula for volume

phew, thanks! I saw a cylinder surface area problem in another place and for some reason recollected that it was a question on the test, and that I’d forgotten to add the areas of the two bases in said question :p

I did not receive my score yet, so I’m curious. For those who got 36 on math, what did you put for m + n = mn question?

^ Random, I got a 35 and I put 1p, although I could have made a mistake somewhere else.

I got a 35 and I put 0

i got a 36 and put 1

Thanks. In case anyone is curious, this is a -1 = 36. I know someone who put 0 as the answer and got a 36 as well.

then I guess they threw.that question out, and made some other silly mistake?

Btw, does the ACT tell us how many questions we missed per section on the score report? All I see is subscores
