does anyone know some very good ACT study guides?

Yeah, the Real ACT Prep Guide and the Princeton Review are the best. Kaplan and Barron's are Mediocre. But I have a Kaplan Guide and everything is fine about it, except that the reading passages are much longer than the real ACT (like 20-30 lines longer) which is a burden. Never use anything else (like Mcgraw-Hill's) b/c the answers and answer choices they give you are wrong! Good Luck studying!

thank you!

I like McGraw-Hill's book, but not the tests in them. I didn't study prior to the test, crammed the grammar/writing rules the night before, got a 35 writing.
I don't have much to say about the other section because I did not care much for them, but I can say its a good writing book.

I second the post on official ACT + PR. Definitely the best ones!!

Go to college and get a degree in biology, chemistry, and physics and you might be able to pull a 30 on the science test!

Real ACT, Kaplan and McGraw Hill's practice test book worked for me.
