ACT Time Management

i am taking the ACT on Saturday. i am not that good of a test taker, i tend to dwell on one question, making sure it is correct. does anyone have any suggestions on pacing myself? i dont want to overthink the questions, but yet i want to make sure they are correct!

Do the questions for each passage in a few passes, making sure to get the ones you are sure you can answer correctly first. On the second pass, go back into the passage and read more carefully to get the answers to the rest of the questions. I wouldn’t suggest skipping questions in a passage, moving on to another passage, and then going back unless you are really uncertain of what the answer is. And do not dwell on one question for too long. Those are my tips.
