<p>Hey everyone. I'm taking the ACT for the first time this June, and I haven't had much time to prepare for it.</p>
<p>I was wondering, what do you suggest for the writing section specifically? Does it differ a lot from the SAT essay? What do the the scorers generally look for in a well written essay? Is there a specific way you should pace yourself?</p>

<p>No, I’d say it is exactly the same as SAT. There’s only one strategy for both SAT and ACT: WRITE FOUR FULL Ｆucking PAGES.</p>
<p>^^^^^ not true at all. I April act I wrote 1 3/4 pages and got an 11. Quality over quantity</p>
<p>^^ not true at all, I am almost certain you can’t get it with 1 3/4 pages. I personally know people who graded ACT writting tests before.</p>
<p>Unfortunately the SAT only offers two pages to write your essay. I guess no one gets a 12. -.-</p>
