<p>How do colleges look at applicants who only use the ACT (especially Eastern elites)? They say they don't care which test you use, is this really true? And because ACT-only applicants send in their ACT's, well, only, how are they compared with other applicants who used the ACT? </p>

<p>They say they don't care which one you use - why would they lie? If they preferred one or the other, they're perfectly able to say so.</p>
<p>best combo for the eastern elites (from what ive gathered from this site):</p>
<p>ACT + SAT II subject tests (even if they arent required)</p>
<p>disagree. if they only ask for the ACT, you should feel no need to submit SAT2s</p>
