Hey guys I was wondering if it will affect university and their choice that an international applicant is taking the ACT instead? There was never a student who ever went to university from my school using the ACT instead of SAT?

My ACT composite is 31 while SAT is 2050? what do you guys think?

Every single college and university in the US that requires a standardized test score for admissions accepts both the ACT and the SAT. They truly don’t care.

Some will accept the ACT in place of the SAT plus SAT II. Read the requirements carefully for each place.

You could always send both, I would say your ACT looks slightly better than our SAT, but could you give me the breakdown?
I was the first from my school (that I know of) to take the ACT instead of SAT, will be attending UChicago.

Well my breakdown is

SAT: Maths: 800 CR: 620 Writing: 640 Essay: 10

ACT: Maths: 36 Science: 34 Reading: 28 English: 27 Essay: 11
