Activities and Additional Information Section

I think that 10 spots is not enough to list all of my extracurriculars, jobs, and volunteering. Is it okay if I run out of room on the activities list to put the rest under additional information? I have been trying to group activities together but it difficult for me. Maybe I can get rid of some activities, I'll list them and just tell me what you think.

If there’s no space, you should fill in what you think are the most important activities. You can attach another activity sheet together with your forms when you submit

It is bolded in that section that they want you to list the MOST IMPORTANT to you. For your orchestra, you have the option to select “music-instrumental” so given your list that playing your instrument would be the most important and should be listed first. Then, under awards, etc. put section leader, co-president, president and under explanation put the various orchestras you are in–all as one entry. Then for another entry put under JV/V Tennis whatever you did there (all conference or whatever). Add an entry for mock trial. Your NHS goes under academic awards. You could put 2 job entries one for waitress and one for viola lessons/performance. Then for volunteer work same, put one for musical related activities and one for the animal shelter. They REALLY don’t want a laundry list, but what is MOST IMPORTANT (not that they aren’t all important but do the best you can). You also may have the option of adding an activity resume at the end so check that too. Having too many things on there raises eyebrows too.
