1) Firstly, for the Activities section, did you put all your awards in(such as school service award recipient) the "Position Held, Honors Won, Letters Earned, or Employer" line or "Details and Accomplishments" line since awards could count as either honors or accomplishment.

2)For the Details and Accomplishments part in the Activities sections, were many of the details in short point form (to pack as many accomplishment in as possible due to the tight word limit) or complete sentences? did you sepearate them with a ; or ,?

3) There is no way to circumvent the very tight character limit in the Details and Accomplishments part?

4)For the short answer sections on elaborating on 1 extracurricular. Did you all write in long prose form or more of a short point form to pack as many words in as possible?

Definitely use short points…there’s just not enough room for sentences. It doesn’t really matter where you put the awards as long as you get them in there. You may have to put some in one section and some in another.

1) I put the awards not in the activities section, but in the honors box of the academics section. If youre talking about awards related to activities, I would put them in the position held box along with the activity name if there is room, otherwise in the details box.
2)Yes I put them in short form (eg: Organized community service events) and seperated with commas.
3)Not that I know of, though you can always attatch a resume or add in the additional information section.
4)With 1000 characters, space is limited but you can still fit in around 150 words. Remember that those reading your application want to hear about you, so discuss the activity but make sure it highlights some aspect of your character or personality. Think of it as a super condensed personal essay, just make sure to pay attention to the tone.
