<p>If I am the captain of the sport team (which takes place only in the school year) but I also practice all year round, how do I estimate the time for that. On the common app, for the title, I put "Captain of the _ team." So should I only put the hours that I was captain and on the team, not the hours that I practiced in the summer/off season? How does it work? Also, is it normal for a club to only meet 9 times per year for like 1 or 1.5 hrs? Should I just not even mention the club if that's the case?</p>
