ACTs and SAT IIs

If I take the ACTs, does it count for my SAT IIs?

I heard that somewhere but i'm not sure

I still plan on taking the SAT IIs, but i just want to make sure in case some colleges want more than two.

Is it true that some college don't accept SAT II math level one?

ACT and SATs are made by different companies. So, no, you have to take both of them seperately. And it really depends on the colleges if they accept Math I or not. Each college is different.

Some colleges will accept the ACT in place of both SAT and SAT IIs. Others require SAT IIs in addition to either ACT or SAT. Most college admission websites have this information.

This thread contains a list of those schools asking for three SAT Subject Tests and also of schools accepting the ACT in lieu of both the SAT Reasoning and Subject Tests. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=229607

Obviously, it isn't exhaustive and you should doublecheck on the web site of each college that interests you. But this should give you a start.
