Ad Officers / Teacher Recs/ Common App?

<p>Do admissions officers for each region have separate emails? All I could find on the site was this one: <a href="mailto:webmaster@admissions.upenn.edu">webmaster@admissions.upenn.edu</a></p>

<p>Do teacher/counselor rec's and secondary report forms have to be through the post office or online? I heard Penn wants the whole application either all on paper or all online.</p>

<p>How exactly does the "invite" option on the common app work? If you specify a teacher does it send them the teacher evaluation form and if you specify a counselor does it send them a teacher evaluation form and a secondary school report form?</p>

<p>usually when colleges say they want all online or all paper they mean the school forms and recs, u can do your part online, however your teacher recs and school forms need to all be paper or all be online</p>
