Addendum worthy?

I'm not applying to law school, yet. This is just for future reference. I had to take a 'W' this last semester because I signed up for an unnecessary course thinking I still needed it for a general education requirement. I also received a B- in an intro math course with my semester GPA coming out to about a 3.56. My fear is that a 'W' combined with a B- in an intro-level course in one semester will be looked upon very undesirably by adcoms. While I have a decent enough excuse for the 'W', my only excuse for the intro level course is that the professor was very tough with test averages in the Cs and I attend a top 20 institution. Would this be addendum worthy?

No. Addenda are for things like getting cancer halfway through the semester.

Do you think this would hinder my chances at a T14? My cumulative GPA is still somewhere around a high 3.8.

Cumulative GPA is what matters most, so this will “hinder” you mostly through its effect on your overall GPA. I can imagine there might be some slight additional effect here.
