I know 9/24 is the last day to drop courses, but is it also the deadline for adding the courses? </p>
<p>I currently have 15 units. L&S require 13 units minimum. Is there any chance I can take only 11 units this semesters? Whom I should I talk to about it? I am exchange+international, so Berkeley International Office?</p>

<p>No, you cannot take only 11 units, unless under exceptional circumstances, e.g. last semester of your degree, extreme work/health issues, etc. Talk to L&S about it. If they permit it… which they probably won’t… then tell BIO about it so that they can record the reason for your reduced course load (study visa regulations).</p>
<p>If you need to add units, try adding a 2-unit DeCal.</p>
<p>I think I am already too late for DeCal classes. Do you know any that would accept me? (Last 23 hours to add/drop courses!)</p>
