<p>I want to add some new scholarship info in my Berkeley app. However, it seem like they do not allow changes easily. First of all, the website said to not call or email concerning this. Then, it said that unsolicited info are typically not considered. Also, it seems like that I have to send the information in writing(meaning by snail mail). </p>
