<p>it worked! i had to insert the picture after resizing it through paint because it was still to big. thanks for everyone's help!</p>

<p>Mine was 450x580 pixels, and it worked. How huge a picture are you trying to use?</p>

<p>well with only 8 minutes left i dont know if this is of any help! but for some reason if you insert the picture as a jpg file into the word document, rather than copy&pasting it, it's not too big. (in word, go to insert-->picture)</p>
