I have a 3.2 GPA. But I feel my extra curricular activities and my essay will push me over that hump to being accepted to the colleges I am applying to, such as the University of Washington. Unfortunately most applications limit how many activities you can enter, however; if I have many more significant activities that I was not able to fit in the application, should I enter them in additional comments? For example a 1st place win at state for broadcasting, and 4th at nationals, or a job at the YMCA. I feel they are significant but I just don't have room.

Well since you have a lot, I would say go ahead and do it! But don’t make it a laundry list because you don’t want them to think you involved urself in anything and everything but instead focused on things that were important to you!

Send in a resume, under seperate cover. Both my boys did this.
