"Additional Information" regarding my low GPA - opinions needed

<p>I'm not going to post in here, but I'd like to have an outside objective opinion on whether my "Additional Information" document, in which I explain in my own words the circumstances and causes of my low GPA, is a bit "too much" or could possibly hurt more than help.</p>

<p>If anyone is willing to give it a quick read and tell me what they think, I'd really appreciate it.</p>
