additional recommendation status?

<p>hi, i asked someone to submit an additional recommendation for me, and she said she did at the end of october. i gave her a postcard to send along with her recommendation, as i did with all my other teachers. yale sent back all the postcards except this third one, and it doesnt show up on the eli account status page. is there some way to check this? is anyone else having the same problem? what do i do?!</p>

<p>Don't panic about it. Just ask the writer to send a duplicate. If it's redundant it won't matter.</p>

<p>I sent in an additional rec letter last year and don't remember it showing up on the online status check. So just have good faith in that it got received :)</p>

<p>(or...you can call admissions to ask, if you felt the letter would really make you "in")</p>
