So I'm a senior and I have an awful GPA clocking in at a 2.5

I already sent off my application with two stellar essays I proofread over and over and had my english teacher look at. I also have some good letters of recommendation. Also, I have a 28 super scored ACT and I'll be retaking it tomorrow. I am also a two sport varsity athlete. I am hispanic and I found out I have ADHD recently, one of the reasons my grades are so low. For the past year, I achieved honor roll every semester, but It's been hard for four years without medication. I want to get into the engineering and applied sciences school. I also take engineering and AP classes at my high school.

I talked to my admission counselor and she said that if I get accepted, which could be a good chance, they may put me on a 5 year plan.

So the questions are, what are your thoughts on my chances? and also, does anyone know if there are ways to test out of a five year plan?
