Given that only 25%ish of admitted students are OOS, and 22% of all admitted students are first gen, it worries me a bit, esp considering the lack of amazing ecs (due to finances & circumstances).

Also, PSAT selection index was 219, which is short of TX’s 221 for 2019. Given that there’s a chance of being a NMSF since Commended went down by 3 pts, would it be better to apply before or after the selection indices are leaked late Aug?
