Admission fee

Hi guys!

I have a huge problem! I'm an international and I need to pay the admission fee! Their website doesn't accept international credit cards. I can pay only by check or money order! The problem is:

I was in the bank and they say I need the checking account of the university! Internationals, how do you pay the admission fee?

Thanks

You can pay by credit card if you are using CommonApp online (which is what I am doing for all my applications).
You don't need an account number for a money order, but they are really expensive.
If the application fee is $50 or below, you can also use a traveler's check for payment ($50 is the smallest denomination available, so fees in the $55 - $70 range are kind of unhandy for traveler's checks)

Oh, btw, do you mean the application fee or the admission deposit?

Sorry, guys, it's not admission fee its application fee! Thanks b@r!um. It's $65!
Unfortunately I can't use CommonApp because my college isn't on the list!

Well, I used Demand Draft in place of checks.....I have asked Thomas Cook regarding this..they say that in US,check is nothing but DD....btw,what ever it is,it should be a secure way for paying the fee..(so it cant be cash!!)

You would only need the checking account of the university if you were paying via wire transfer. You can pay with a bank draft or international money order. Go to another teller at your bank since the one you spoke with isn't very knowledgeable.
