Admission packet

Hi everyone.
My admission packet was lost on the way, and the admission office said they've sent it again. Nevertheless, I was worrying about its content. Can those of you who have received it already tell me if they are any documents in it which must be filled in and returned by May 1st?
I've sent my admission coupon - I received it through email and printed it - and I will request housing and dining online, but apart of that? Anything?
Thanks a lot!

You're an international right? They're are 2 sheets of certificate of finance to be filled, a form about the i-20 (which you have to fill and send in with a the first page of your passport) and a pamphlet about PREPARE, the international students orientation.

eslite, yes I am :)
Thanks a lot for the quick response!
I got the 2 sheets of certificate of finance together with the coupon in that email... should the form about the i-20 be sent before May 1st too?

I just checked the e-mail they sent us on the coupon and certificate of finance. They missed one of the forms! There is another one in the package asking to verify permanent home address and mailing address and asking you to attach first page of your passport.

I'm really worried because I sent them a couple of emails about my missing packet last week. Then this Monday I called and talked to an operator from the admission office... She said she thinks they've sent me the packet again, but since I have absolutely no response to my emails (3 sent in total, to the international admission, the engineering one, and the regular one), and there are only about 10 days left, I don't really know what to do :(

Never e-mail. My e-mails to admission office for US schools are rarely replied even for the liberal arts colleges. Just call them.

Thank you eslite. I guess I'll have to call them again. Btw: you are also an international right? When did you receive your package?

The package was sent on 22 March. I received about 2 weeks ago. And I'm from Malaysia.
