dude that’s perfect
my class starts at 4:40
I can get it at 4:30 if that’s cool…where do u wanna meet?

missanab,

yeah it might be possible to scrape a C. i have 2 assignments left to do, so i gotta work super hard to do well in those.

In case i dont, well i may have to start begging the prof, as my UCLA dreams will go up in smoke…

anytime you want… my class at 4:30 (C311) may get out a little bit later however…

and yes, if you are cool with your professor let him know that you got into UCLA and that all you need is a C to pass. BEG HIM if youre on the borderline. if he has any decency or a heart, he’ll help you out

missanab question if you dont mind me asking… what is your gpa?? and what major did you get into for at ucla cause i thought you needed a higher level than just college algebra to get into ucla.

I agree with the other poster that said you should use the solution manual. I got an A in statistics and I probably would have failed without the manual. Also, never underestimate speaking with your professor. Let him/her know that you were accepted to UCLA on the condition that you pass their class. Ask for help or ask if there is anything that you can do for extra credit. If you approach your professor the right way, I can almost guarantee that he/she will WANT to help you.

look college algebra isnt that hard … the more you panic the worse you make it does your school offer tutoring for free? or if not that then ask people in the class to help…form a group and work at it and work at it …math is a art and u must practice it if you wish to succeed ultimately its up to you to use the resources to get a passing grade…you can do it you need to believe that and work hard and you will be a bruin!!!

lol ya I have been going to the tutoring center…and college algebra is hard for me! lol sounds dumb, but math has always been my worst subject!
anyways…UGH my gpa is 3.5 and I got in as a history major
all I need is college algebra for my IGETC b/c my major requires no math pre-reqs whatsoever
