Admission Questions URGENT PLEASE HELP

<p>hi im an applicant from Canada, who applied for econ at uiuc
because all supporting documents ahve to be submitted by
jan 12th, I am starting to get worried as I have sent in my
bank and financial forms in late december (through fedex..), but they are not being updated
on my application status. I have called the admissions office,
but the person there was very...rude ish.,..:(</p>

<p>is it ok if it is updated after jan 12th as long as it was sent in b4 that?</p>

<p>That there is no update does not mean they don’t have them. At this time of year they are receiving thousands of supporting materials for applicants and it takes time to get them into the system and the fact that it may not be “recorded” into the system until after Jan 12 does not mean you have failed to comply with getting them there by that date.</p>

<p>My understanding is that they go by the date that the materials are postmarked.</p>
