Hey,
So it's my senior year and I decided to take hard classes. Well, I have 2 C's, 3 B's, 2 A's so far in the semester (3.7 gpa). My cumulative is a 4.2. According to the IU website, I am qualified for direct admission to Kelley and entrance into the Hutton's honors college. Will my acceptance be rescinded if my grade stays like this?

I would be shocked if you got your admission rescinded because of these grades, especially if you are getting these grades in hard classes. These grades may not be up to your standards, but are not terrible especially for hard classes. Just try to work hard in those 2 classes that you have Cs in. If you could raise those up to Bs and keep the rest the same, there would literally be no chance of getting rescinded.

Your acceptance will not be rescinded based on a few C’s.

On the other hand, certain scholarships and programs require HS teacher letters of recommendation. Should you suddenly stop being the honors student your teachers have known for 3 years, those letters might be hard to come by.

I did not send in any letters of recommendation. Neither Kelley direct admit or Hutton’s Honors College asked for them. I thought the $9000/yr came with Hutton’s Honors College.
