Just wondering if it's possible.

It depends—what did you say?

Of course it’s possible. Which isn’t to say it strikes me as likely.

In our area, there was a kid last year who plagarized large portions of his graduation speech from someone else’s YouTube graduation speech. It was immediately noticed and brought to the attention of the high school and the very selective college he was heading to in the fall.
Zero consequences…lots of behind-his-back grumbling about all of the cheating that went into his high school record in the first place, but no real impact to him.

^^Yuk. I like it better when justice is served.

nothing, its all hypothetical. What could one say to get admissions revoked?

“I just wanted to let you all know that I cheated all the way to the top, and lied on an application to gain admittance to a prestigious university. I have all the evidence right here: shows evidence. Suck it!”

Other than that, I don’t think there’s much.

hahahaha
what about cursing out the school admin?

It would have to be [pretty serious, I’d think. A “curse word” or two probably wouldn’t lead to much.

Well, you can still receive sanctions from high school administration during the graduation ceremony, depending on when it actually takes place. Schools can rescind based on disciplinary problems, although I don’t know if that’s common.

It’s not worth it. One of only two things will happen: 1) Nothing or 2) You’ll make a lot of trouble for yourself.

Just take the victory and move on. Go off to college, have a great time there, and don’t look back. That will be the best revenge, and the joy from that will last a lot longer than the momentary thrill of cussing out petty school officials.

Hate speech would probably work. For example, Bucknell University just expelled some students for their racist remarks on a radio broadcast.
Hate speech, inflammatory speech, threats, true nastiness. I can think of a bunch of things.
Closing 5 y/o thread.
