Admission Revoked

Is it possible to get your admission revoked if you fail a class that is not an GE/A-G Requirment during your senior year?

GPA: 3.3

Yes. What does your provisional admission contract state? 3.0 Unweighted GPA with no more than 2 C’s in any classes or just a-g courses?

From the UCLA website:
You should report any of the following situations:

If you dropped any courses which were listed on your application.
If you changed any courses which were listed on your application.
If you received two or more C grades, any D or F grades, or if your senior year unweighted GPA will fall below 3.00.
If you fail to meet the provisions of your admission contract.
Generally, the sooner you let us know of changes, the more options you will have.

I was taking an additional AP math course that I did not need to take , I already have all my math years done with passing grades. I was just wondering if its can still effect the chances of getting revoked at Cal State LA. My first semester GPA was a 3.18 and I am still finishing up my second semester at the moment.

Sorry, I read UCLA. You would need to contact CSULA admissions and verify if this course will be an issue. No school likes to rescind but you need to check with them directly. Rule of thumb no D’s or F’s Senior year but it is up to the school to make that decision.

I agree you need to contact them. This is what’s on their website:

See the section under “(2)  Satisfy the Terms of your Admission Offer.”

The math class might count as an a-g course even if it’s an extra one. Also, you might lower your GPA significantly with a failing grade.
