<p>I agree with 60% chance. As for the double legacy, it depends on the college and whether or not you are in-state. For example, I live in NC, and legacy status for UNC doesn’t even matter in-state because soooo many people from NC go to UNC.</p>

<p>If you can, take the ACT again! I’d say Low Reach right now, but if you can get your ACT to 32-34 ish, I’d say it’s a match.</p>
