Admission to Rutgers Transfer Student

<p>I'm a student studying in the US for 2 years now. I am really keen on transferring to Rutgers after having finished 39 credits with a GPA of 2.87. I am from Singapore and am keen on getting an Economics degree. Hoping they might consider me! What do you think my chances of admission are?</p>
