Admission without transcripts

I have no college credits but attended two colleges 10 years ago, both academically dismissing me. My debt to them is in rehabilitation. Can I attend another college without the previous transcripts if I don’t intend on applying for financial aid? The first college said they could re-admit me with special provisions and I intend on pursuing my degree with that school. I’m just worried that I will be denied acceptance because of not having transcripts from the second college. Any suggestions?

No. You will need the transcripts. You need to settle your old debts before you can apply to a different college.

And if you think about that from a college’s point of view, it make sense.

They don’t want to admit you and have you not pay them either, esp. if you have done it to two colleges.

And don’t say “I will just start all over”…there is a National Student Clearinghouse that they can check if you have attended college before.
