Admissions appeal

Im curious how many students actually get accepted through the appeal process? I have strong letters of recommendation and many examples of improvement as a student and citizen within my community. Any answers out there or is it just a 50/50 chance on how they feel about my appeal letter and letters of recommendation.

What are the circumstances of your appeal? That will help others understand the context.

Well I had a very weak high school gpa due to circumstances outside of my control (2.2). Yet I’ve completed an emt program being one of the top in my class and the youngest. I have strong letters from professors at community college although I have not completed the required amount for transfer (24) I only have 12 but I’ll be complete more after this fall semester. I’ve applied as a sophomore transfer as told to do by the transfer specialist but she told me if I get denied I can appeal and state my case. I have a full resume, I’m a certified emt, full time rugby player and I’ve supported myself quit a bit throughout high school and college working Part time/ full time
