letter in the mail to southern california - in pasadena. accepted!

bee123, do you have any safeties on your list??
S2 deferred –> rejected SFS. He is chill.

Countingdown, I applied to two state schools (in my state), which I haven’t heard back from. My stats were well above the average accepted at a certain school that I considered to be a “very, very likely” but I was waitlisted, despite having strong ECs and being salutatorian. Goes to show you never really can predict anything. This whole process is a crapshoot.

WAITLISTED in southern Vermont. (Because six months wasn’t enough waiting…)

Note to Accepted Students:
Congratulations! …I would just ask that in the case that you are accepted to Georgetown (especially the SFS) and are NOT planning on attending, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE notify the school soon rather than waiting for the May 1st deadline to pass! Some of us waitlisters can’t afford to waste a deposit on another school and then hear news from Georgetown… Thanks. :)

Accepted!! Tejas

Waitlisted in Mississippi.

AMEN Javelinstar! And congrats to those accepted :)

Accepted!!! in nj :)

NO MAIL is that indicative of something? O_o !!

Accepted to SFS, from Texas!

Anyone know if there is a facebook group? Maybe we need to make one and link to it…

[Georgetown: Class of 2014 OFFICIAL | Facebook](<a href=“Facebook Public Group | Facebook”>Facebook Public Group | Facebook)

here’s the group!

Do they e-mail internationals?

accepted from massachusetts!

I was planning to send in my waitlist response online, but it says “your Georgetown ID can be found on the yellow card” and there are TWO numbers on the card (separated by a slash)… Does anyone know how to find out which is the “Georgetown ID”? I can’t afford to screw up now! :)

Well I hate this. Seeing everyone know their result while I have to wait for another 3 days to see my result through email!! Why can’t they just send it earlier

Soundwave, i agree. this is killing me. if people in california are getting their letters, i dont see why internationals have to wait 3 more days. this is ridiculous.

Well, I haven’t received my mail although I live in U.S. so this is worse seeing I should have received it by now >.<

international applicants: post here as soon as you receive the email !!!
