@ all of the first-year applicants: I applied from India to the COL last year and was rejected. This year I am applying for transfer from McGill and apparently if you apply twice, your chances increase significantly so all of you hang in there and keep your options open. Just wanted to give some advice: I was so set on attending the schools I had dreamt of that I wasted this year at McGill being ****ed off. I ignored how nice the people were and suffered as a result. So, which ever school you guys end up choosing, PLEASE make sure you give it a chance and I am sure you’ll fall in love with it!

I am sure none of you are as dumb as me but I still wanted to share my experience so that at least someone could benefit from the lessons I learned from my awful first-year experience! :)

Good luck all prospective Hoyas! I hope to see you all in September (if I get in on transfer that is).

Accepted to McDonough School of Business
