Okay and waves on thursdays or whatever like how it has been for the ea waves? @equationlover
@g0bucks it seems your friend was incorrect. They reviewed all apps. Anyone who was deferred was actually deferred, it has nothing to do with them not having enough time.
@littledrose Yes waves on Friday’s, presumably in the middle of the month as before.

YAY! @TayMarie So happy for you! I’m probably going to OSU, so see ya there!
Of course admissions is going to say they reviewed every application before deferring. As I predicted there were a lot of deferrals today. Out of my son and daughter’s friends 7 of the 10 that applied were deferred today. Evidence is showing otherwise.

If you got deferred today, did you get an email saying that you were? I just checked on my portal and it told me that I got deferred, but I have not received an email about it.

Does anyone know what to do if you’re deferred? I’ll probably wait for an email first but has anyone sent mid-year transcripts or other materials showing your interest? Just curious, thanks!
I don’t think everyone who is deferred gets their application revisited. I called admissions today because my status changed and they said they were reviewing my application and will let me know by the end of March via email. And it will be sent out in waves again. I know people who were differed from the main campus and aren’t getting their applications revististed. I was wondering if anyone knows if it’s worth waiting. Has anyone heard of anyone actually getting accepted after admissions has revisited an application? I don’t if it’s worth possibly waiting until the very end of March if there is barley a chance of getting in during the revisit of my application.
Finally changed that “Evaluation” status…

Congrats to all accepted today or over the past three months and those deferred: please keep the faith!!! My daughter’s friend texted her saying she was deferred and my daughter felt so guilty giving her the news that she was accepted. She’s doing her best to encourage this friend to remain positive. I hope you all do too…
@stebs28 my advisor told me to send my updated mid-year transcripts, along with a personal letter just telling them about what I have been doing for the past few months and talking about why I like the school. I haven’t heard many people talk about that letter, but I did it anyways.
@Hannah5292 Yes I personally know people who have gotten in from deferred.
Do you know when they found out?
