<p>I received an email from my regional director today telling me of a change I made to my application. So they may be open today but I'm not sure...</p>
<p>They may be open- but a lot of folks still away on vacation- if it can wait until next week, let it wait. If it can't, think about it again- and let it wait. Guarentee it can.</p>
<p>I suspect most administrative offices at USNA, other than the faculty are open for business.</p>

<p>Here's a mystery: Son received MOC nom on Dec 22. Letter was dated Dec 18. He watches his Candidate Info page daily. The nom was posted ON CHRISTMAS DAY!</p>
