Just wondering- does anyone know if U.S citizens abroad are assigned admissions officers according to where they currently live? Because from what I understood citizens and non-citizens are evaluated in seperate pools, but I don't see how else they would do it. So, would the same admissions officer that evaluates non-US citizens from the area of the world that I'm from be the same one to evaluate me (US citizen)?

Oh, and this is in the Harvard forum because I’m wondering specifically about Harvard on this matter.
