USF will contact you eventually acknowledging receipt of your application. You’ll get instructions like the following to access OASIS, allowing you to monitor the processing of your application (You might be able to access OASIS before they contact you with these instructions):

Application Status: The USF Admission Status web site gives you access to review the status of your application and see whether required transcripts, test scores, fee payment and supporting materials have been received by the University. To check your application, follow these easy steps:

1.Visit OASIS, the University’s online access student information system.
2.Read the User Login instructions.
3.If this is the first time you have applied to USF and accessed OASIS, enter your
social security number (SSN) and date of birth as indicated on your application. Then follow the prompt to change your PIN. Note: If you have previously accessed OASIS, log in using your self-declared six-digit PIN.
4.Navigate to the Student and Financial Aid section, select Admissions, then check your undergraduate application status.
5.Login to the Admission Status site using your USF ID or SSN and OASIS PIN.
