what are my chances to get in if I have a 1300 sat 3.7 gpa and a bunch of extra activities.
In state or out of state? Major?
out of state and psychology
Is that gpa weighted or unweighted? I’d say it’s a match. No guarantees but a decent chance.
its weighted
weighted, so what percent chance do i have of getting in
Idk, somewhere around 30-40% maybe? Are you full pay?
only 30 percent chance. So im not getting in.
It’s hard to say. You should definitely apply. My D had similar stats and we calculated it’d be a high match/low reach for her, and we’re instate. After seeing her results, I think it was really more a solid match and that she would’ve gotten in. (She did not apply) Her stats were on the low end for a lot of the schools she was accepted to. All I think of is that the hs she attended has a good rep. There are just so many factors that go into the decision it’s hard to say. What’s your UW gpa? Does your school have Naviance? What does that indicate your chances to be?
I would say yes! UConn is not that hard. You may not get in to your choice major but you can always ask for a transfer in! It also depends on essays and ECs. Like they do not just look at your scores and grades…
