Hi this is my first post on here and I had a-couple of questions hopefully someone can help answer. So I'm applying to transfer fall 2013, and on my application that I sent in I noticed that I didn't have at least 60 units to transfer I had about 58 including "planned courses" so I added a class to meet the 60 transferable unit requirement. My question is that if I didn't put it in my "planned courses" because Submitted the application already will they throw out my application? Or will they just check off my transcript when they see my planned courses. I'm appling to CSUF CSULB CSULA
My 2nd question is that when am I suppose to submit a transcript? before they admit me or after?
I haven't been accepted yet so I'm pretty nervous right now D:
Thanks!

I submitted my Fall grades almost immediately when they posted from my two-year college, simply because they need to verify your GPA and such. Afterwards, before you accept their decision, I do believe they require a final transcript as well.

Good luck!

Oh shoot I didn’t know we were suppose to submit in final grades already I read the deadlines and it said don’t send anything until we notify you. Will it effect me since I sent it in on later date than you did??

I remember reading on their website they were not taking in transcripts that were being sent in before it was asked for. I never got a notice that transcripts needed to be sent in after Fall 2012, so we’re in the same boat!

I double checked and this is on the deadlines list:

2/27/2013

If admitted, unofficial Final Grade Cards or Unofficial Transcripts for Fall 2012 courses

3/15/2013

If not yet admitted, all transcripts with grades through Fall 2012

4/1/2013

Transfer Degree Verification Form of AA-T or AS-T (in-progress or completed)

Sign on to CSUF Portal>Titan Online>Student Center.

When your on Student Center website, you’ll see link called “To Do List”.
On mine, it showed me I needed to turn in unofficial transcripts and Official ones.

Good Luck.

I checked my titan online, and i showed the accept/decline buttom

does that mean i was accepted??

What does it mean?

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mean anything. I’m ninety-nine percent sure that the button appeared on my Titan Online account well before I was accepted. I know if you hit Application Status, it’ll tell you whether or not you have been accepted.

Ahh yes i see, thank you

Thanks guys for the responses guys, I actually just got admitted today.
I didn’t get any email or anything the only indication I got today was an email saying that I have not sent my transcripts yet for fall 2012, I don’t know if you guys got that email as well, but when I saw that I thought that we only send transcripts when we are admitted. Which led me to sign on to Titan Online>Student Center>Application Status>View Detailed information for this application.
Which showed:
“Application status: Congratulations, you have been admitted to Cal State Fullerton!”
So that’s how I found out if I got admitted into CSUF, however I haven’t received any actual “mail” saying I got accepted, probably because Titan was the fasteset way they update the admission status, and that I will get CSUF Admissions in the mail later this week.

Good Luck to the rest of you that are waiting for your acceptance!

Congratulations! May I ask what your stats are? I got an e-mail saying I got denied before anything else, but I’m going to put in an appeal since I just sent out my transcripts after they said to send it in by March 15, so I’m bewildered by that.

My stats were 3.78 GPA, PTK, decent ECs, work experience - but most importantly of all, I’m out-of-state transfer student. I was pretty much told given the current economic crisis that any out-of-state students were being accepted (since we don’t get in-state breaks for at least a year).
