<p>Does anyone know if u of m accepts people second semester but not first semester? i know that MSU does that becuase i had several friends that were on the edge so msu accepted them second semester but not first. im going to send my app in soon but i think i will get deferred.</p>
<p>I believe MSU only did that because they were rennovating a dorm. This is the exception and not the rule. Michigan did accept a number of deferred applicants who were definately qualified last year though.</p>
