Since Georgetown college requires three sat II's, would it count if i took one in US history and the other two in MathI and MathIIC? Or can i not have two math tests?

No problem at all, esp. if you want to major in math or the sciences. My son got in w/ 2 histories (and no maths). Just do well on them.

Sorry, but I must add that the conventional wisdom is that it does no good to take the 2 math SAT2s since they sort of overlap. I would probably take a 4th just to be sure. Also, maybe ask the Admissions office if they care. But, normally, its OK to take 2 from the same general area of study (most schools specifically say that they have no specific requirements unless you are a math or science person).

Good Luck.
