Our son was accepted this week (listed on the site as pre-engineering). We're in CT, so waited until getting the big letter to plan a visit. Are there accepted students days like at most schools? We can't find anything on the site.

here’s the website: [Dawg Daze Home](http://depts.washington.edu/dawgdaze/index.php)

They haven’t updated the website for this year yet

^I don’t think that’s what the OP was talking about.

To my knowledge, UW doesn’t offer admitted student days in April/May before committing to attend. If you want to get a taste of the university, do a self-guided tour and sit in on a class or two. Self-guided tours allowed me to really explore the university and find out more than I would have through a guided tour. Granted, I already knew a lot about UW because a lot of my friends go there but anyways, here is the link for classes: http://admit.washington.edu/files/PDFs/Drop-In_Course_List.pdf

Actually, I think they do kinda. On the bottom of your son’s acceptance letter should have been a link to the Preview Day visitation options they have throughout March and April for admitted high school seniors. It seems to be basically the same options as usual (info session, campus tour, etc) but geared towards people who have already been accepted.

Thanks, I missed the PS the first time. It appears to be different than the other schools, but should be fine. Looking forward to our visit out there.
