I found a picture that I took of the facade of Lovett Hall on my visit to Rice last spring break, and I made it into a pop-up so that when you opened it up, there was a tiny cutout of me playing the piano that popped up on the lawn in front of Lovett Hall. The picture of the piano was taken from a Rice viewbook, and i pasted a small picture of my head on top of the piano player's head. I liked how it turned out, except for the fact that it looks as though my head is turned around at a really odd angle (wait, can't owls do that? alright that's definitely thinking way too much into this...)

i put this picture in my box: http://www.19.5degs.com/element/610.php
and wrote on the bottom "try to count the black dots"

ahhh! I can't do it! lol...that's crazy.

haha, i know

that's awesome!

it's cool but it definitely took LOTS of time to think of it

ive seen that before at this website... www.pointlessfun.com

the illusions are to the right.

Mendelssohnman!! I did almost the same exact thing as you!!!

I did mine on the computer.. put a boy trying to escape out of a box in the actualy rice box, and using some word editing program (forgot which one..) I wrote on the lines outside the box something to the effect of 'thinking out of the box'.

I'm sure we are not the only ones who thought of that though...

what the....
http://www.pointlessfun.com/checkershadow.html

yeah i know

That's awesome archdelux!! I really had no idea what to put in the box, so I just thought it would be clever to make a puzzle out of it. It worked for me so I hope it worked for you. :)

Whoa! I actually cut and pasted the checkers thingie into paint because I couldn't believe it, but they are the same shade!

Haha, yeah I did the same thing, too.

mine...in PERFECT LATEX MATH FORMATING was...

clever beastie : ) - so do ln(-1)/pi.

wow, yall had such clever ideas. i just put in a quote i liked by maya angelou along with her picture. i knew i was being really boring, darn.

Lol mine was really boring too, so don't worry about it. Like yours, it was just a picture of something I liked.
