My question is: Will I be able to fulfill all college requirements to graduate in two to three years?

It depends on the school. Some cap the number of AP credits they allow. Some will give credit for certain APs and not others. Some will not allow AP credits to substitute for requirements in your major. Some give credit for 5's but not 4's, some only for 4's & 5's, some for 3's as well.

There are so many different ways to consider AP scores that no one can answer this question.

Most public schools seem to give credit for all these classes (with those scores). Even schools like Vanderbilt are very liberal in awarding credits. Assuming I'm awarded credit for all these classes and major in Econ, whatcha think?

You can add up the credits and see how many you need to graduate as well as anyone else. Do your own calculations.
